What we collect
When you use the inquiry form: full name, email, country of residence, WhatsApp or phone number (optional), buyer type, budget, timeline, what you're looking for, your message, whether you want the buyer's guide or a Zoom tour, your consent and its wording, the page you sent it from, and any campaign tags in the link you used (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign).
Why we use it
Only to reply to your inquiry, send you the buyer's guide if you asked for it, and help you with your property search.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the consent box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to help with your inquiry, and no longer than two years after our last contact unless a transaction requires longer retention by law. You can ask for deletion earlier.
Who we share it with
Only the supervising broker named above. We never sell your data and never send bulk or automated marketing messages.
Your rights
- Be informed and access the data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Object to processing or withdraw consent.
- Have your data deleted or blocked.
- Complain to the National Privacy Commission.
If you live abroad, you may also have rights under your own country's privacy law (for example GDPR in the EU/UK or state laws in the US).
